 Description

The sandwich maker at The Hungry Moose Market & Deli will be a busy employee during the rush hours. It is crucial to be on time, ready to work, and to work hard. The sandwich maker will need to learn all of the cold and hot specialty sandwiches and be able to make them efficiently. In addition, the sandwich maker may be asked to do some sandwich prep and also to prepare ready-made sandwiches, deli trays, box lunches and green salads. The sandwich maker should be a hard- worker, who maintains good co-working relations and can handle him/her self under pressure.

 Expectations

·        Has superior knowledge of hot and cold sandwich menu

·        Has superior knowledge of green salad menu

·        Is comfortable with the deli slicer and understands portion control

·        Is comfortable with the hot griddle

·        Is comfortable and prepared to work under time constraints

·        Knows all running duties during 'down times’

·        Keeps the sandwich prep area clean, sanitized and well stocked

·        Completes all cleaning duties

·        Checks out with deli manager
